HOW WE KEEP YOU SECURE

Data Handling, Cookies and Account Privacy

idncas uses industry-standard encryption to protect your login credentials and payment information. We collect your name, email, phone number and banking details to verify your identity, process deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay…

Encryption

All logins and payment data are encrypted end-to-end. Your credentials are never stored in plain text, and your account is protected by two-factor verification on request.

Payment Data

We collect and store your banking details solely to process deposits and withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS. This information is retained for seven years for compliance.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your game preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser; your account and funds remain accessible from any device.

Data Requests

Want to see, change or delete your personal information? Email [email protected] with your account number. We process requests within fourteen days.

Account Security

Your withdrawal records and game history are linked to your account ID and encrypted on our servers. Only you and authorised support staff can access your data.

We never sell or share your personal data with third parties. Our payment partners (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) receive only the minimum needed to process your transaction.
